whether you are in Lahore or London.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- All orders are processed within 
  1–3 business days of payment 
  confirmation

- Custom and personalized orders 
  may require additional 
  production time — we will 
  communicate this at the time 
  of order

- Orders placed on weekends or 
  public holidays will be 
  processed the next business day

- You will receive a confirmation 
  message once your order has 
  been dispatched

2. PAKISTAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

- Delivery time: 2–4 business days

- We ship to all cities across 
  Pakistan including:
  Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, 
  Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, 
  Peshawar, Quetta and all 
  other cities

- Shipping charges are calculated 
  at checkout based on your 
  city and order weight

- Free shipping available on 
  orders above Rs. 8,000

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Delivery time: 5–10 business days

- We ship worldwide to 30+ countries

- International shipping charges

- Free international shipping

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

- Once your order is dispatched 
  you will receive a tracking 
  number via email or WhatsApp

- You can use this tracking number 
  to monitor your delivery status 
  in real time

- If you have not received your 
  tracking details within 3 business 
  days of ordering please contact us

5. PACKAGING

- Every order is carefully packed 
  in protective bubble wrap and 
  double-boxed to prevent damage 
  during transit

- Fragile and delicate pieces 
  receive extra padding and 
  reinforcement

- We take full responsibility 
  if your product arrives damaged 
  due to our packaging — we will 
  replace it free of charge

6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
   (International Orders)

- International orders may be 
  subject to customs duties, 
  taxes or import fees charged 
  by your country

- These charges are the 
  responsibility of the customer 
  and are not included in our 
  product or shipping prices

- We have no control over 
  customs charges — please 
  check with your local customs 
  office for more information

- Customs clearance may cause 
  additional delays beyond our 
  estimated delivery times

7. DELIVERY DELAYS

- Delivery estimates are not 
  guaranteed and may be affected by:

  → Public holidays
  → Extreme weather conditions
  → Customs clearance delays
  → High demand periods such as Eid
  → Courier operational issues

- We will always do our best to 
  keep you informed of any delays

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

- Please ensure your delivery 
  address is complete and 
  accurate at checkout

- We are not responsible for 
  orders delivered to an 
  incorrect address provided 
  by the customer

- If you notice an error in 
  your address please contact 
  us immediately before 
  your order is dispatched

9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

- If your tracking shows delivered 
  but you have not received your 
  order please contact us within 
  48 hours

- We will investigate with the 
  courier and work to resolve 
  the issue as quickly as possible

- We are not responsible for 
  packages stolen after delivery 
  confirmation

10. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

- If your product arrives damaged 
  please take clear photos 
  immediately and contact us 
  within 10 days of delivery

- We will arrange a free 
  replacement or full refund — 
  your choice, no questions asked

- Please do not discard the 
  damaged product or packaging 
  until the issue is resolved
