You are eligible to return your order if:

✅ The product arrived damaged, broken or 
   cracked during shipping

of receiving your order to be eligible 
for a return, exchange or refund.

Returns requested after 10 days of 
delivery will not be accepted.

If you received a damaged or broken product 
or are not satisfied with your order, we 
will send you a brand new replacement 
piece completely free of charge.

If you prefer a refund instead of an 
exchange, we will process a complete

inspect the returned item, your

✦ CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for return the product must:

✅ Be in its original condition — 
   not used, washed or altered
✅ Include original packaging 
   if possible
✅ Be accompanied by proof of purchase

The following are NOT eligible for return:

❌ Products damaged due to misuse 
   or improper handling after delivery
❌ Products returned after 10 days 
   of delivery date
❌ Custom or personalized orders 
   (unless damaged or defective)

to ensure safe delivery. However if 
your product arrives damaged due to 
shipping, we take full responsibility.

Simply send us clear photos of the 
damage within 10 days of delivery 
and we will immediately arrange 
a free replacement or full refund — 
your choice, no questions asked.
